At KindBridge, we value the trust and generosity of our supporters. Every donation helps us provide essential care for homeless individuals and stray animals around the world. Because of the nature of charitable contributions, we strive to handle all refund requests with fairness, transparency, and respect.
Donations
All donations made to KindBridge are generally considered final. However, if a donation was made in error or without proper authorization, we are happy to review the situation.
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your donation and include:
Your full name
Donation amount
Date of the donation
Payment method
Reason for the refund request
Refund requests will be processed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Recurring Donations
If you are enrolled in a monthly or recurring donation plan, you may cancel or adjust your contribution at any time. Please contact us before the next scheduled payment to avoid unwanted charges. Refunds for past recurring charges may be issued if a technical or administrative error occurred.
Merchandise or Event Payments
If your payment was for merchandise, tickets, or a fundraising event, refunds may be available depending on availability and circumstances. Details will be provided at the time of purchase.
