1. Purpose of Donations
All donated funds support KindBridge’s mission to assist homeless individuals and stray animals worldwide. Contributions may be used for:
Emergency aid
Food, supplies, and medical care for animals
Outreach programs and shelters
Operational and administrative costs needed to sustain our mission
2. Allocation of Funds
Unless a donation is specifically designated for a particular program, funds will be used where they are needed most to fulfill our mission effectively.
Restricted donations will be honored as closely as possible. If a restricted program becomes unavailable, funds may be redirected to similar or urgent needs.
3. Donation Methods
We accept donations through:
Website payments
Bank transfer
Recurring monthly contributions
In-person or event fundraising
Other approved channels
All transactions are processed securely.
4. Recurring Donations
Donors may enroll in automatic monthly contributions. These can be adjusted or canceled at any time by contacting us before the next scheduled payment.
5. Refunds
Donations are generally non-refundable.
However, a refund may be issued if:
A donation was made by mistake
A duplicate payment was processed
A technical or processing error occurred
The donor did not authorize the transaction
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the donation. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
6. Receipts & Tax Information
Donors will receive a confirmation email or receipt for every contribution. Depending on your local regulations, your donation may be tax-deductible.

7. Donor Privacy
We respect the privacy of all donors. Personal information will not be sold, shared, or traded with third parties unless required by law or explicitly authorized.
8. Changes to the Policy
We may update this Donation Policy to reflect operational needs or legal requirements. Changes will be posted on our website.
