How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at support@unitybridge.org within 30 days of your purchase. Include your name, email address used for purchase, and order confirmation number. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 days of your original purchase date. Refunds are processed to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).
Exceptions
Refunds are not available after 30 days from purchase, or if a Professional Diploma has already been issued following full course completion. If you have questions about eligibility, contact us before requesting.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
