By accessing or purchasing courses from UnityBridge Inc ("we", "our", "us") at unitybridge.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Course Access & License
Upon successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the purchased course content. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Share, resell, or redistribute course materials
- Record, copy, or duplicate video lessons
- Use course content to create competing products or services
- Share login credentials with others
3. Professional Diploma
Upon successful completion of all course modules and the final assessment, you will receive a Professional Diploma issued by UnityBridge Inc. This diploma is issued in your name and is non-transferable. UnityBridge Inc makes no guarantee of employment or specific outcomes as a result of earning a diploma.
4. Payment & Pricing
All course prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price change will not affect purchases already completed. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal under their respective terms of service.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all courses. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@unitybridge.org and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are not available after 30 days or if a diploma has been issued following course completion.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, text, graphics, downloadable materials, and the UnityBridge Inc name and logo, are the intellectual property of UnityBridge Inc and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use our platform in a lawful manner. You may not use our services to engage in fraudulent activity, impersonate any person, or interfere with the operation of our website.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our courses are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that completion of our courses will result in employment, specific salary levels, or particular career outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnityBridge Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or courses.
